Worship Team
The Worship Team is the creative force behind the outstanding worship experiences at SCUCC.  The team meets with the pastors every Wednesday at the church from noon to 3:00 – sometimes even later - working through the topic for the next Sunday. The group tosses around ideas to create the experience that they have in mind, including Biblical references, movie clips, arts, drama, music, handouts, poems, stories and whatever else they can come up with. Nothing is off limits!
After reviewing all of the possibilities that have been discussed they distill out the best ones using yellow stickies to plot out the details of the service. It’s a lot of work, but those who have been on the team say that it is a very satisfying and exciting process.
This is a fluid group – members can come on and off the team as their schedule permits.
